ICE Train Journey | Berlin - Wolfsburg, Germany

During my visit to Berlin, I decided to head out of the city one day to Wolfsburg. This is a film I captured whilst on the Inter City Express (ICE) train between Berlin and Wolfsburg. My introductory project was concerned with the juxtaposition of being onboard a moving train in comparison to the still landscape, and the opposing effect this can have on these movements.

This film was instigated by the movements of the wind turbines on this vast flat static landscape, I really like the sultry colours and the juxtaposition of the immediate regular pylons close to the camera from the rapid movement of the train, in comparison to the rotating turbines.
